Precision Custom Aquariums-Acrylic Tanks
Every tank is carefully packaged and securely strapped to a pallet for
shipping. While we make EVERY effort to get your aquarium to you in
perfect condition, things sometimes happen while on the road. In these rare
cases, the shipment is insured and will be replaced as quickly as possible.
There are, however, certain things that you must do to ensure a smooth
replacement in the event something does happen. Please be sure to take
the following steps when your aquarium arrives:
- FULLY inspect the pallet and packing materials for signs of damage.
- As soon as you can (even on the trailer if possible) open the packing
material to inspect the aquarium for damage. - If there is ANY damage whatsoever, refuse the shipment! This is
critical because if you don't do it now, they will charge to ship it back. - Do ALL of these things BEFORE signing for the delivery!! This is
critical and don't let the driver tell you anything otherwise!! It's your
RIGHT to fully inspect the delivery PRIOR to signing. - If the aquarium has been damaged during shipment contact us
immediately so we can initiate a claim for you and get you a new one.
