PRECISION CUSTOM AQUARIUMS LIMITED LIFE TIME WARRANTY.

Thank you for purchasing your acrylic aquarium from Precision

Custom Aquariums.  Precision Custom Aquariums acrylic tanks are

warranted prorated for life .

 

With proof of purchase; for first 30 days 100% replacement tank for
defective tank.

For 12 months from date of purchase,  for defective tank replacement,
customer pays 20% of prevailing price.

2nd year, 12 to 24 months from date of purchase, for defective tank
replacement, customer pays 40% of prevailing price.

3rd year, 24 to 36 months from date of purchase, for defective tank
replacement, customer pays 60% of prevailing price.

After 3 years from date of purchase to life, for defective tank replacement,
customer pays 80% of prevailing price.

This warranty extends to the original purchaser of the tank only, and is
not transferable to subsequent owners.



Conditions of warranty:

• The entire bottom of the aquarium must be fully and evenly
  supported on a flat, level surface. A sheet of polystyrene foam must
  be placed between the stand and the aquarium to compensate for
  tiny imperfections in the top of the stand. Minimum foam thickness is 3/4".

• Scratches and crazing caused by the use of inappropriate cleaners
  or chemicals are not covered under the warranty.

• The aquarium may not be modified or changed in any way without prior approval.

• Mishandling, accidents, or abuse of aquarium leading to leakage are
  not covered under the warranty

• Metal halide bulbs must be a minimum of 10" above the acrylic surface.
   

Failure to follow the conditions of the warranty above will void it. Repair or

replacement of the aquarium will be at the discretion of Precision Custom

Aquariums. Return shipping to Precision Custom Aquariums must be

prepaid. Precision Custom Aquariums shall not be held liable for

replacement of livestock or other consequential damage. Precision

Custom Aquariums liability under the terms of this warranty is limited to the

replacement value of the aquarium. Precision Custom Aquariums shall not

be held liable for removal, shipping, installation, or other incidentals

incurred while obtaining warranty replacements.
